Minor Upkeep Included (Up to 1 Hour of Labor)
Included minor maintenance may include:
- Sealing pipe jack boots
- Sealing exposed nails/fasteners
- Minor sealing at failing flashings (where appropriate)
If repairs exceed the minor sealing scope, we’ll provide options and pricing before proceeding.
Savings and Credits
Your annual maintenance fees ($175/year) are not “lost.” If you replace your roof with Formula Roofing & Remodeling, your annual payments can be applied as a credit toward replacement.
