Preparing for Your New Roof

Please provide access to your driveway by parking vehicles elsewhere. (This is necessary for suppliers to load shingles onto your roof and also for the roofing crew to load shingle tear-off into dump trucks for removal. Keep small children and pets inside or away from the work area at all times. Cover pools, hot tubs, ponds, or other water features which could be affected by falling debris. Move all outdoor potted plants indoors, and advise the project manager of any delicate flower beds. Disarm burglar alarm; vibrations may activate it. Remove loosely hanging objects or pictures from walls, and any breakable objects from shelves. (In the unlikely event they should fall due to vibrations caused by hammering.) Move outdoor lawn furniture away from the work area. Do not run sprinkler system the night before or during construction.

PREPARING FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT:

As a home or business owner you are not required to be present during your roof replacement. Our Denver roofing crew will never need to enter your home and will have already received detailed instructions specific to your project. Our crews generally begin construction first thing in the morning, and the process can be loud by nature. Most Denver residential roofing projects will be completed in 1-2 days, but the project manager assigned to your replacement will provide you with a time frame for your individual project prior to commencement.

BEFORE YOUR DENVER ROOFING PROJECT:

A few things to keep in mind: When entering or leaving your home, exercise caution. Debris and other objects may fall from your roof. The roofing crew will need access to a source of outdoor electricity and water. Please don’t hesitate to make your project manager aware of any concerns anytime throughout the process

AFTER YOUR DENVER ROOFING PROJECT:
